Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.  Failing to do so could result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.  Last minute cancellations or missed appointments may also require a deposit to rebook.  We hope you understand and Thank you so much for supporting a small business.

The day of your appointment -- 

Your appointment will be at RAIN SALON, we share the same complex as State Beauty Supply and Slate.  We have plenty of parking in the front of the salon and just to the east. When you arrive at your appointment someone will be there to great you with a smile and will make sure your stylist knows you have arrived. Once your stylist is ready, they will set you at their station.  Here they will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.     

​​If you are here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it is always ready and waiting at each visit. If you are here for hair extensions, your hair will be laid out and ready to be installed (if you have already had an extension consultation before this appointment).

We have Wi-Fi, beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable and relaxed as your color processes.

We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot (as long as you are comfortable).  Your stylist will also recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, as well as setting you up for your next maintenance appointment.
